  • Customer to call order desk to receive Return Good Authorization (RGA) number prior to shipping or returning items
  • Copy of receipt must be included with return item
  • Customer provides return shipping

    All parts returned must be in new and unused condition
    Return desk will inspect all parts once received before authorizing a return credit
